CDA has issued a letter announcing cancellation of LOP and NOC of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16 Islamabad. Roshan Pakistan has historically been notorious for not complying with its NOC terms. CDA had cancelled its NOC in the past also, then it was restored after the society managed to abide by the NOC terms.
This time again, Roshan Pakistan has failed to comply with the directions of CDA regarding submission of revenue documents and payment of outstanding fee/penalty charges. CDA had issued final notice to M/S RP Corporation Private Limited on 7th March, 2017, however the society didn't pay heed to the notice.
In view of the above, CDA has decided to withdraw LOP and NOC of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme Islamabad. The society already doesn't have good reputation in the market due to slow development work. Another blow like this will add to the miseries of the allottees of this housing scheme.
