Bahria Enclave Islamabad has recently launched its new sector P where 5, 8 and 10 marla plots are available on installments. Sector P has an area of 210 Kanal of land and it is located near sector N & sector O.
Development work has already started on this block and booking of plots has started. This is same like booking of sector F where you were allowed to merge bahria enclave 2 files against remaining installments. Here also you can book with down payment and remaining installments can be adjusted with merging of bahria enclave 2 files.
Following are the prices and payment plan of sector P:
5 Marla total price is 27 lacs
7.50 lac down payment
Remaining amount in 6 equal quarterly installments i.e 1.5 year installment plan
8 Marla total price is 42 lacs
10 lac down payment
Remaining amount in 6 equal quarterly installments
10 marla total price is 62 lacs
12.50 lac down payment
Remaining amount in 6 equal quarterly installments
Note: you have option to save money by merging bahria enclave 2 files, so you will be able to save 10 to 20 lacs from actual amount or if you have enclave 2 files and you want to recover the loss, you have option to book one plot in sector P and merge your enclave 2 files against installments.
