Capital Smart City has issued final notice with deadline to clear outstanding payments before final cancellation of plot files. Those who have not yet paid their due installments will have to act before the given deadline in order to avoid final cancellation.
According to the notice, the society has established a file restoration criteria for those whose files have been blocked or about to be blocked due to non-payment. The file holders will need pay 20% down payment + few installments in order to avoid final cancellation before 5th of December 2019.
The criteria applies to residential files only. Commercial files can be restored only after clearance of all outstanding installments. The restored general files will be converted to Executive Block.
