Here is a latest update on FGEHF Green Enclave Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme Islamabad. The foundation had sold thousands of plots to the government servants, but it has undergone several serious issues all along with regard to land acquisition and physical development.
We had shared various updates on the subject housing project in our previous news articles in 2015, but the foundation seem to have been unable to cope with the issues as yet.
According to the latest news, FGEHF has managed to strike a deal with International Center for Services Exchange for provision of 20,000 kanals of land for its housing project Green Enclave 2 on Murree Expressway Islamabad. The executive committee of FGEHF has granted approval for this land deal, however formal announcement will be made after the hearing at Supreme Court on 28th February 2018.
According to the deal, International Center will provide about 6500 kanals of land to the foundation in the first phase by April 2018, and FGEHF will most probably issue allotment letters to the allottees thereafter. Remaining land will be provided to the foundation in the next phases of land acquisition.
The executive committee of FGEHF has ordered the relevant departments to take necessary measures and initiate the development work without any further delay.
