Bahria Town Lahore has finally given in on sector F and offered multiple options to those allotees who had been waiting for years to get their plots in Bahria Town Sector F Lahore.
According to the public notice issued by Bahria Town, it has failed to continue development of Sector F Lahore despite various aggressive efforts to acquire necessary land for the project, so now it is no longer possible to allot further plots to the members in Sector F. Therefore, Bahria Town is shifting the affected allottees to Bahria Town Karachi, where it will compensate for the woes of its members by alloting good location plots which have higher market value.

Bahria Town has offered a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town Karachi having market value of around 65 lacs against a 10 marla plot in Bahria Town Sector F Lahore, and a 1 kanal plot in Bahria Town Karachi having market value of around 1 crore against a 1 kanal plot in Bahria Town Sector F Lahore. Bahria Town vows to issue a map of these newly allotted plots against Bahria Town Sector F by 20th April and commits to handover possessions of new plots by 31st October 2017.
Another notice came today by Bahria Town Lahore, which gives the following options to the affectees of Sector F:
1- Sector F affectees can be allotted plots in Bahria Town Karachi, whose approximate market values are as under:
5 marla plot having value of 30 lacs approx.
10 marla plot having value of 60 lacs approx.
1 kanal plot having value of 1 crore approx.
2- Sector F file can be merged in an active file of any project of Bahria Town except Quaid Villas, Iqbal Villas, Golf City Karachi, Bahria Heights, Sports City Karachi and Bahria Homes (old).
3- Sector F affectees can get refund of their paid amount without any deduction.
Those members who want to shift their plots to Bahria Town Karachi will get map of their plots by the End of April 2017 and possessions will be handed over by the end of this year.
