Capital Smart City Breaks Grounds for Dedicated Motorway Interchange
Capital Smart City held the groundbreaking ceremony of the long-awaited M-2 Motorway Islamabad Interchange. The management has already inaugurated the access bridge to Capital Smart City.
Capital Smart City planned to construct an independent interchange on M-2 Islamabad Motorway. For this purpose management had already applied for approval from concerned authorities. In March 2022, it was approved by National Highways Authority and an official letter was issued to Capital Smart City.
After a long wait, Capital Smart City has broken grounds for the development work on this dedicated interchange on 30 August 2022. Top management of CSC, real estate professionals, and other concerned people attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Capital Smart City Interchange. This good news was shared with members via the social media platforms and the official website of Capital Smart City.

Capital Smart City Access Bridge from M-2 Motorway is already developed and society opened it to the public on 26 August 2022. Members can now access the society via this access bridge and visit Capital Smart City. Moreover, a camp is also established near the interchange site to guide the visitors and members.

Heavy Machinery has been commuted to the site and development work has formally kicked off. The management of CSC is fully committed to completing this interchange as soon as possible. With its completion, members will be able to access the society from M-2 Motorway and visit the nearby blocks.
