Bahria Town Karachi has finally decided to revise the transfer fees of almost all projects including old bookings, bahria sports city, midway commercial, jinnah avenue commercial, bahria hills, quaid and iqbal villas, ali block, bahria heights apartments and shops as well as bahria golf city.
We are sharing the list of revised transfer charges below, so that you can check the difference in old and new transfer charges. For some projects, the difference is not significant. However, for some projects the difference is very high that will ultimately affect the short term investors.
Those who are engaged in any deal right now, they should take transfer by or before 31st December 2017, otherwise their transfer cost can really add extra burden.
