DHA Karachi has published a notice in order to discourage sale purchase activity in the stalled Creek Marina Project located in DHA Phase VIII Karachi.
According to the public notice, DHA has informed general public regarding the status of the project. The development work is stalled on this project since 2009, and the case is sub judice in the court and NAB. Therefore, it is advised that no transaction is made with anyone until is case is decided or resolved with the developer. Anyone making any transaction in the said project shall do so at their own risk.
