The most awaited balloting of Naval Anchorage Gwadar against all applications received in all categories of Residential Plots (125 Sq Yds, 250 Sq Yds, 500 Sq Yds, 1000 Sq Yds) was held on 5th December 2017 at 3:00 PM at Bahria Auditorium Karachi followed by Hi-Tea. The balloting results are available online now, so you can check your results on this page.
Since there was much hype about this project in the market, there could be hundreds of thousands of applications from across the country. There is still no information as to how many plots are launched in the first phase of development, so future market value will mainly depend on the number of unsuccessful applications and the number of available plots.
Update: 20th December 2017
After balloting process, information letters to the successful applicants are being dispatched on their postal addresses. The information letter contain complete schedule of down payment and quarterly installments. The letters would be dispatched in a week’s time. The copy of successful overseas applicants would be sent through e-mail.
