Faisal Town Phase 2 File Merging Policy 2023
Faisal Town Phase 2 is the new project of Chaudhry Abdul Majeed and Zedem International. This project is ideally located near the Thalian Interchange, close to Capital Smart City, a major comprehensive project of Rawalpindi. Faisal Town Phase 2 management recently announced 3 big news for members, one being Faisal Town Phase 2 file merging policy for the year 2023.
All of the operations for Faisal Town Phase 2 file merging will be carried out according to the new rules, set by the administration in the official board meeting held in July 2023. It is also important to mention, that this new policy is under effect from August 2023 onwards.
Details of Faisal Town Phase 2 File Merging Policy 2023
Rebate Files Merging
- One or two files with rebates can be merged after the withdrawal of rebated with no service charges.
- In case of more than files or less than or equal to 5 files, 5% of the paid amount will be charged as a service fee, after the withdrawal of rebate.
- For 6 to 8 files with rebates, 10 % of the total paid amount will be deducted as service charges after withdrawal of the rebate amount.

No-Rebate Files Merging
- One or two files without any rebate will be merged, and 5% of the total paid amount will be charged as a service fee.
- For 3 to 5 files, 10% of the total paid amount will be due as service charges
- In case of 8 to 10 files, 15% of the paid amount will be payable as the service charges
Faisal Residencia File Merging Cases
These new policies discussed below will take effect from 1st September 2023:
- A processing fee equal to the transfer fee will be charged from the members as per the size of the plot in the case of 5 files.
- In the case of 8 files, a processing fee equal to double the transfer fee will be charged from the members.

Escalation Charges Facilitation
- Members will facilitated in Escalation charges, if and only if, they pay the escalation charges after facilitation in cash
- For file merging, the escalation charges will be facilities according to the case of members.
- A 5% discount will be given to members with full payment in case of file merging.
