Zedem International has released the August Edition of Faisal Town newsletter to keep the customers and investors informed with all the latest updates regarding the project. The last newsletter was released in March 2021. This current newsletter updates the members about the development progress in blocks A, B, and C.

Following is the summary of all the details in the August 2021 newsletter:


Faisal town covers prime proximity on the main Fateh Jang N-80 road. Major sites surround society from all sides. NHA main Fateh Jang road lies at the north, Kashmir Road to the south, and Islamabad’s sectors G-17 and F-17 are located in the east. 

M-1 Motorway lies to the west of Faisal Town. New Islamabad International Airport is located only a few kms away. Moreover, Kashmir Highway and D.I Khan CPEC division also lie nearby.

Legal Status

The management of Faisal Town congratulated the members upon acquiring final approval from RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority). Additionally, RDA has issued NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the entire Faisal Town project including extended areas; it is an exhilarating news for investors and prospective residents.

Development Status of Faisal Town

Development of Faisal town is currently in progress, and being carried out rapidly. Block A was developed and made ready for possession in record time. It is becoming a profitable investment due to location and rapid progression.

The Faisal Tower

Faisal Tower is a state-of-the-art head office building of the project. It is located just by the Motorway M-1 entry gate. It is developed according to international corporate standards according to member’s needs.

Faisal tower is built on 9 Kanals of land with its building spanning up to 9 floors. Meezan bank is already operating on the lower ground floor and Soneri bank is opening soon. Faisal Tower is a significant project developed under the supervision of CAM Construction Pvt Ltd.

Block A

Block A was developed in record time by Zedem International Private Limited. There are 2 entry and exit gates on main Fateh Jang Road which provide access to block A.

Block A is fully developed, and the provision of all amenities is complete. It comprises more than 600 residential and commercial buildings. 500+ families are currently living here, and the number is increasing rapidly. Public restrooms and water filtration plants are up and running.

Development of 4 magnificent commercial towers is underway:

  • Axis Mall
  • Gate Mall
  • Los Terres
  • Dream Oaks

They will provide all necessities of life like banks, cash and carries, and construction material.

Block B

General development of Block B is complete, whereas more construction is being carried out at a fast pace. Work for hospitals, model villas, restaurants, and mosques are continued. Furthermore, underground provision of basic facilities like gas and electricity is in the final phase.

Many families are shifting here as houses are being developed swiftly. Two major parks, one spanning 60 and the other 8 Kanal, are successfully completed.  The famous Tandoori restaurant is progressing rapidly with 2 floors already completed. Moreover, work on the school sites also continued.

Block C

Faisal Town block C was approved with blocks A and B previously. Electricity and gas supply is already approved, and provision work is underway. Schools sites are developed completely; an agreement is signed between Faisal Town and Super Nova School for a branch in block C. It is operational, and new sessions are starting soon.

Faisal Town Luxury Apartments will be developed by Zameen Development as per the MOU between the two parties; the design is almost ready for implementation. Out of many plots reserved for mosques, 2 of them are being constructed. 

Miusam cricket grounds enabling day and night cricket are being developed by Tanveer associates. Work on commercial buildings and houses is also in progress. A special 8-Kanal children’s park is almost complete.

Parks are planned throughout society. Underground provision of electricity is already approved by the authorities, but currently, overhead installation is finished. It will be shifted underground shortly. Cam Construction is working very efficiently, and all the development work in block C will be Completed soon.

Provision of Basic Amenities:

Faisal town is striving hard to provide all the amenities to the residents as soon as possible.

Following is the status of amenities:

  • Electricity, gas, and telephone lines are already provisioned in block A. Work is continued in blocks B and C, 80% of work is completed, and the rest will be finished soon.
  • Special underground water-channel and artificial lakes are under development. These channels will store the rainwater and come in handy during tough times.
  • Society will be secured through 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
  • Landscaping and greening of boulevards and roads are underway to improve the physical appeal of society.

The location of Faisal Town helped it gain extensive attention from investors as it connects M-1, M-2 Motorway, and N-5 road. Members are advised to visit the project site at least once before selling their plots. Plot prices are already increased much and continue to rise in the future.

Plots Due Payments

The management of Faisal Town requested the members to clear their due on time so that the development process can continue smoothly. In case of continuous delays, the administration will have to apply escalation charges on overdue amounts.
