Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved the revised payment plan of Park Enclave Islamabad to facilitate the allotees. This news was published on CDA’s official website on 17th of January 2014, which states that CDA Board decided to facilitate the allotees of Park Enclave Housing Project and approved the revised installment schedule that was followed by the issuance of rescheduled installment plan by the Directorate of Estate Management.
According to this rescheduled plan, allotees will pay their installments in the following pattern:
1st Installment: By 28th of February 2014
2nd Installment: By 30th of April 2014
3rd Installment: By 30th of June 2014
4th Installment: By 31st August 2014
5th Installment: By 31st October 2014
6th Installment: By 31st December 2014
