Faisal Hills Housing Society takes different steps from time to time to provide ease and convenience to investors and customers. We have seen plenty of such steps by the management in the past, and it continues to do so. Recently, Faisal Hills D Block plot taxes were elevated to facilitate buyers and sellers.
This time, the society management has elevated the Faisal Hills D Block plot taxes on the sale and purchase of plots in the newly launched D block of the Faisal Hills Taxila. However, the seller will pay the goods and services (GST) tax, and the buyer will only have to pay the transfer fee. This tax removal will benefit the customers greatly and more of them will show interest in buying and selling plots, as a result, the market will not halt.
D Block of Faisal Hills was launched in May 2022 and the bookings are available from 23rd May onwards. This latest addition to the society offers various residential opportunities and world-class amenities at affordable prices. Moreover, the block is completely legal and approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
