The management officially announced the Capital Smart City Discount policy November 2023 for the members of society.
The administration of Capital Smart City held a meet and greet event for sales partners and members on 24 October 2023. The higher management listened to the requests and suggestions from the sales partners to improve customer-management relations. Therefore, the Capital Smart City Discount Policy November 2023 was announced by the administration, which is effective from 1 November 2023. This policy is valid until the end of November 2023.

The details of Capital Smart City New Discount Policy November 2023 are discussed below:
- The administration has announced a 2% discount on each due or outstanding installment of any residential and commercial plot.
- Furthermore, members can now get a 4% discount if they submit advance installments against residential or commercial plots.
- The society is giving a 7% discount if customers book plots with a 50% down payment and a 12% discount in case of purchases with 100% payment
It is important to mention that members can avail discounts on a maximum of 3 pending or advance installments.
Note
This new discount policy is applicable on transactions through Cash, Credit Card, and Online transactions. Furthermore, the above-mentioned discount policy does not apply to Villas Apartments and Smart Villas, but only to residential and commercial plots within Capital Smart City.
