DHA Valley’s Latest Ballot 2023 is to be Held Shortly
In the latest news, insights on DHA Valley’s latest ballot 2023 were shared by the administration. DHA Valley Islamabad is a large-scale housing project presented by 3 of the most famous and successful developers in Pakistan. DHA Valley aims to provide world-class living standards to all classes of people in a comprehensive gated community. Launched back in 2008, the project is still under development. Recently, the administration of DHA Valley Islamabad announced an important update for the members of the society.
The administration of DHA Valley, on behalf of Major General Naveed Safdar, announced that the authority is planning DHA Valley’s latest ballot 2023 and the official dates and venue will be announced shortly. Furthermore, the officials also announced 3 categories of members that will be given special preference in this upcoming balloting.
The following 3 categories of members will be given special priority in this future ballot:
- Disabled persons and widows who have the original certificates from 2008 in their names.
- Secondly, all legal heirs of the deceased original members of 2008.
- Lastly, senior citizens will be given preference, the age criteria are 65 or above, and such members should hold the certificate of 2008 on their names.
All the members who fall in any of the above categories should register for the upcoming ballot. They can do this either by visiting the DHA Valley customer support office in DHA Phase 5 or calling the official support numbers.
The development pace of DHA Valley Islamabad is rather slow, this is because the society is being developed by three developers including DHA, Bahria Town, and Habib Rafiq Private Limited. The projects of the Defense Housing Authority are timely developed, as we’ve seen in the past.
