Anti Corruption Department has published a list of fake and fraud housing schemes in District Malir Karachi for the awareness of general public. There are dozens of fake housing schemes which have cropped up in this part of Karachi over the past couple of years, however no stern action was taken against the culprits.
According to the Anti-Corruption Establishment, a large number of housing schemes being marketed in District Malir, East Zone were found illegal on account of various inadequacies and shortcomings in terms of legal requirements.
General public is warned in their own interest to stay away from these illegal housing projects, and always check for the legal status of certain housing project before they invest their hard-earned money into real estate.
