DHA Quetta has announced a good news for the members of Early Bird Commercial 2023 regarding their payment plans. The society has relaxed the payment plans of 4 marla, 8 marla and 1 kanal commercial plots, and also extended the last time of payment of first installment.
This measure is taken in view of the current economic situation in the Country, hence the members can now avail extended plan to pay off their installments.
According to the announcement, DHA Quetta has changed the payment plans of 8 marla & 1 kanal early bird 2023 commercial plots from 4 quarterly installments to 8 quarterly installments. Similarly, 4 marla commercial plots plan has been changed from 3 quarterly installments to 6 quarterly installments.
Additionally, the last date of first installment, that was 25th of July, has been extended to 15th of August, 2023. So, you have ample time to pay off your first installment and continue with the extended payment plan.
