Sector G-17 lies on Kashmir Highway right next to Sector G-16 MIECHS which is a partially developed housing scheme. It is an ideal location for investment or future residence in Islamabad due to its proximity to new Islamabad International Airport and motorway. Being directly linked to Kashmir Highway, it has easy access to all parts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi using main arteries of the city like GT road and Islamabad Highway.
According a public notice issued by Supreme Court Housing Society, transfer of plots in sector G-17 is prohibited indefinitely and the society has not authorized any individual or company/property agency to carry out sale purchase activity in the society.
The society takes no responsibility of any sale purchase of property in sector G-17, and considers it illegal activity. Therefore, general public is cautioned to refrain from indulging in any sale purchase activity of land in the subject society in order to avoid any losses. The society reserves the right to take legal action against those involved in this illegal activity.
