Capital Smart City to Close Bookings on 22nd July 2020
Capital Smart City is going to close bookings of residential and commercial plots officially in 4th week of July 2020. This is a big news for those who have been planning on buying plots over the next few months. The society has announced the last date of bookings, so no bookings will be accepted after the deadline.
According to the latest information received from FDH, the society is going to close bookings of Residential & Commercial plots in Overseas District 2, and 3.5 marla residential plots in Harmony Park Block on 22nd July 2020.
Capital Smart City is also going to announce official policy of 2nd ballot 2020 after the given deadline, so we can expect the next ballot to be scheduled soon this year. New sectors will be added to Overseas and Executive Blocks, and revised master plan will be released inclusive of Harmony Park Block.
