Rudn Enclave Urges Members to Shift Files to New Rates
Rudn Enclave is an emerging housing project and the only society that is present at 0 kilometers from Rawalpindi Ring Road. Therefore, it has improved geographical importance and enhanced connectivity to multiple areas of the twin cities. Rudn Enclave is developing swiftly, and the new Overseas Block has also been launched by the administration. Furthermore, the society has also acquired LOP from PHATA, which is a huge milestone.
Recently, Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi management announced to shift of all the files to a new rate, this was the agenda of the administration for a long time, but it was delayed, due to requests from members and realtors. However now, the new rates are disclosed, and all of the old files will be shifted to new rates.
All the files with just a 20% down payment have been shifted to new rates; this includes both open and closed files of all blocks. Now, the members can act accordingly to maintain their files at new rates. Otherwise, all such files will be blocked by the society administration. The management also disclosed the procedure for shifting files to new rates and maintaining them, which is discussed below.
- There is only a single way to keep these files from blocking, and that is through shifting them to new rates. Members can do this by paying the difference of down payment, between old and new files. The amount is to be submitted as a cash payment.

Furthermore, the deadline for such files (with a 20% down payment) is also announced by the society. All open and closed files (20% Paid) will be canceled on 15th January 2024, until and unless the customers shift them to new rates by paying the difference in down payment via cash.
