Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad held an official ceremony on 28th of September where members and society officials of PECHS as well as officials of EXTOL Developers attended the ceremony and announced possession of K block.
Development work in K block completed at record time within a year and its timely completion has reassured the members of the society that their investment is in safe hands.
Allottees of K block are now allowed to start their construction as all facilities have been provided such as street lights, water, sewerage, electricity, gas etc. Its expected that many people will start their residential and commercial projects very soon that will give major boost to plot prices.
Attendees of the ceremony also prayed for the success of their endeavors to create a community in the suburbs of the capital city Islamabad.
