Nova City Islamabad Revises the Plot Prices of 4 Kanal Plots

Nova City Islamabad is a duly approved project that offers residential, commercial, and farmhouse plots of different sizes. The management informed the members of the price revision a lot of days before it was revised. Now, Nova City revised the price of 4 Kanal Farmhouse plots.
- The old or pre-launch price of 4 Kanal Farmhouse plots was PKR 12,500,000 whereas the down payment was PKR 2,500,000. There were 12 quarterly installments of PKR 580,375, where the balloting charges were 1,875,000. Furthermore, development charges were also included in the old payment plan.
- The launch payment comes with increased prices as well as booking charges, installments, and balloting charges. The total cost of the 4 Kanal Farmhouse plot according to the new plan is PKR 15,000,000. The 14 quarterly installments have been increased accordingly and they are PKR 696,429 now. Moreover, the allotting charges have been increased to PKR 2,250,000 and booking charges are increased to PKR 3,000,000.
