IMARAT Launches $500 Million Project: Downtown Islamabad

The Cityscape of Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan is to witness yet another major development that focuses on boosting commercial activities. IMARAT, an international construction brand is set to develop a new project named IMARAT Downtown, also known as the Grand Bazar Islamabad. This magnificent project will transform the urban infrastructure of the capital city. As per the officials, IMARAT Downtown will be a grand project, costing around $500 Million.

IMARAT Downtown is developing on the main Islamabad Expressway, close to the location of IMARAT’s other mega project known as the Mall of Arabia. This mega-project was recently launched in a grand ceremony, where the developers not only gave an introduction to the attendants but also told them how it will contribute to the economy of the country.

In addition to this, the developers also explained the development plan 2047 of Islamabad, and how IMARAT Downtown will be a major part of it. The project is set to transform the residential and commercial landscape of the twin cities through the introduction of this excellent project. It is important to mention, that IMARAT Downtown will be the largest mall in Pakistan.

It is planned on the concept of Raja Bazar Rawalpindi, which houses a commercial sector equipped with all shopping facilities like clothing, groceries, furniture, crockery, and much more. In addition to commercial areas, IMARAT Downtown will also constitute residential units. To sum it up, Grand Bazar will be a square kilometer spread project, that will offer modern living facilities and a comprehensive shopping experience.

The CEO of IMART, Shafiq Akbar also addressed the gathering and said that IMARAT is dedicated to providing excellent investment and business opportunities to clients. Furthermore, he emphasized the Islamabad Master Plan 2047 and shed light on the importance of such projects in the landscape of the capital city.
