DHA River View South Confirmation and Transfer Deadline Extended

DHA Phase 4 River View South is the newly launched book of DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi. It is present at an ideal location close to Rawalpindi Ring Road and offers a variety of residential plot cuttings on convenient 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year installment plans. Keeping under consideration, the overwhelming request from the members, DHAI-R has extended the dates for confirmation payment, switching payment plans, and Nominee File Transfers.
The deadline for confirmation payment along with
all other applicable charges has been extended till 10 October 2023 to
facilitate the members.
Furthermore, the DHA administration has also
allowed the shifting of installment plans. Now, customers can change their
installment plan to 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year. Furthermore, the annual charges
will be changed as per the installment plan.
In addition to 3 payment plans, the DHA
administration has also announced a 4-year installment plan for customers, they
can now adjust their plots in 4 years plan, and yearly charges will be
applicable as per the policy.
The administration has also reduced the applied
government taxes (PST and 3% advance tax) in installments.
Moreover, the government taxes will be payable
at the time of allotment, sale, or purchase. A fresh payment plan will also be
launched soon.
These were some of the major highlights, In addition to them
DHA management has also launched the option of Nominee Transfers, to facilitate
the members, specifically the sellers.

Nominee Transfer is another great initiative taken by the
developers, to facilitate the members who are wishful of selling their plots in
River View South Block.
Nominee Transfer is explained in detail below:
Members who want to sell their plots before 10 October 2023, can avail of the Nominee Transfer and save themselves from sales tax, transfer fee, and other charges.
In simple terms, the seller will have to pay no transfer fee.
Afterward, the seller just needs to sign the Nominee forms, declaring that the buyer is the nominee/new owner of the plot.
All the applicable charges will be paid by the nominee/purchaser of the plot. The procedure will not require any input from the seller once the form is signed.
The new allotment in the name of the nominee will be delivered in 4 weeks.
