CDA Inaugurates Development Work in Sector I-12
Capital Development Authority (CDA) has inaugurated the development work of Sector I-12 to start the formal development of this sector. CDA Chairman, Amer Ali Ahmed inaugurated I-12 on 9 June in a formal ceremony. Board members and an official from the related departments were present at the inauguration event. The sole purpose of this ceremony was to speed up the development of this sector.
Sector I-12 development started multiple times in the pasted but it had stopped or postponed due to different reasons. Now, the work has formally started here and CDA looks forward to early completion. The development of Sector I-12 is of the utmost importance when it comes to providing housing facilities for the general public.

As per the information from CDA officials, sectors I-12/2 and I-12/3 will be developed initially followed by the sectors-12/1 and I-12/4. The development work in the sector includes the construction of road networks, development, and maintenance of sewerage lines, streets, and construction of different buildings that facilitate living. The development cost of sector I-12 is estimated to be around 542.788 million.
Furthermore, CDA has devised a development timeline for the development work of Sector I-12 and directed the development firms to deliver it in time so that the people can start construction of homes on their plots. In the past, lack of attention caused several delays in the development of these sectors. CDA assured to develop and deliver it in the proposed timeline.
