News: Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi has released the official notification explaining the details of balloting, dues clearance, and surcharge on all residential and commercial plot files.

- The society is updating the record based on 60% and 100% payments to make the balloting process error-free and accurate.
- Furthermore, the management also requested the end-users to check their ledger records in the head office and approve them.
- The balloting event will be held soon the last of February or March of 2023.
Other updates shared by the management are as follows:
- Rudn Advance Installment Vouchers will be available at all authorized agencies.
- Customers can get the RAIV Vouchers and clear 60% or 100% dues against their plots and become a part of the first balloting.
- Furthermore, members can submit outstanding dues and update their ledgers till the event day and save themselves from surcharges and penalties.
