Bahria Garden City (former Serene City) has been merged with DHA Islamabad.
A circular has been rolled out in Bahria Town offices announcing that its project named Bahria Garden City, which includes Garden City Zone 5 to Zone 9, has been officially merged with DHA Islamabad.
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has also been signed between the two companies pertaining to this merger.
As per the agreement, the management of the project will remain in hands of Bahria Town so all relevant matters will be controlled by Bahria Town.
Those who own plots in Garden City are advised to hold their plots until something is announced by DHA in Garden City, as this merger gives more value to this project. Some good news in this regard is expected after this Eid.
According to some hearsay news, this merger was forced on Bahria Town due to their failure to deliver in DHA Valley and Army Allottees of DHA Valley who cannot get possession of their plots will be adjusted in Garden City.
