Booking starts with 10% down payment, while 10% confirmation and 5% allocation charges will follow immediately. 5% amount will be payable on start of work, and 5% will be payable on plinth stage. 5% amount will be payable on possession. It makes 40% of the total amount, while remaining 60% amount will be payable in monthly installments.
