- Customers will get a 2.5% off on each advance (outstanding) installment. This offer is valid in the case of Smart Villas and Villa Apartments.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers can avail of these discounts in as many installments as they pay.
- These offers are not applicable on MS/Transfer Fee and Confirmation. Furthermore, it is effective on blocked and canceled files.
- Payments between the periods of 18 October 2021 until 13 November 2021 are eligible for these Discounts.
