Recently, a news is circling amongst the real estate market about the approval of Blue World City NOC. It is being discussed amongst the masses, and the news was also shared by Saad Nazir, the chairman of BWC Group. But in reality, the NOC of one of the other projects is approved. This project is known as Shenzhen City and it is situated in Lahore, and it has been approved by authorities.

As far the NOC of Blue World City is concerned, it is still under process in Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
