Park View City Islamabad to Hold Map Reveal and Second Balloting in November 2022
Park View City Islamabad has announced exciting news for customers. The management will hold the second ballot and Overseas Block map reveal in the coming month. Furthermore, possession will be granted to priority members of Park View City Islamabad.
Park View City is developing rapidly and fulfilling all the promises made to customers and investors. This time, Park View City management has announced the good news of the map revealing and second balloting of Overseas Block. A mega event will be held by Park View City Islamabad on 5th November 2022 for this purpose.
The officials of Park View City say that this second balloting is being held after a huge number of requests from members of the Overseas Block. Many members were left out in the first balloting held in August mainly due to delays in installments. So now, society is giving another chance to such members.
The Benefit to Priority Members
People who have cleared or will clear the 100% payment against their plots till 5th November 2022 will be added to the priority members list. They will enjoy a special benefit from Park View City, 1000 priority members will get their plots balloted first. Moreover, society will hand over possessions to these members 6 months after balloting.
This upcoming event consists of two parts as follows:
- The long-awaited map of Overseas Block will be revealed.
- The second balloting of the Overseas Block will be held.
Terms and Conditions
The following condition should be fulfilled to become a part of this balloting:
- Members who want to include their plot in this event should clear at least 50% of the dues against their non-balloted plot.
- People who want to get a place on the priority members list should submit 100% payment by 5th November. This way they will be included in the balloting of the first 1000 plots.
The deadline to submit 50% remaining dues is 31 October 2022.
