DHA Peshawar has finally launched a limited number of 4 and 8 marla commercial plots in its mega housing scheme on 15th of March, 2020. Commercial plot prices and payment schedule have also been disclosed, so interested parties can submit their application forms along with processing fee at the nominated banks to avail this exclusive offer.
DHA Peshawar has proven to be a successful project, and it has rendered high returns on investment over the past 2 years or so. Therefore, this exclusive commercial launch is deemed highly rewarding in terms of ROI.
Commercial Plot Prices and Payment Schedule
DHA Peshawar has launched 4 marla and 8 marla commercial plots on 3 years installments plan. Bookings will start from just 10% down payment, while remaining amount will be payable in 12 equal quarterly installments.

DHA Peshawar commercial plots booking has started from 15th of March, 2020. Allotment of plots, however, will be subject to success in computerized ballot. Investors/individuals can submit as many applications as they want by paying registration fee (non-refundable) separately with each application.
Plots Quota
DHA Peshawar has reserved specific quota for general public, retired army officers and overseas Pakistanis.
- General Public Quota is 85%
- Retired Army Officers Quota is 10%
- Overseas Pakistanis Quota is 5%
Retired Army Officers will be required to submit an undertaking along with their application form.

How to Apply
The procedure to apply for commercial plots in DHA Peshawar is rather simple. All you need to do is download the application form, fill out, attach required documents and send them via courier or personally submit at DHA Peshawar Head Office.

Bank challan for processing fee is enclosed within the application form. You can take a print of the challan and submit your processing fee at the following banks:
- Askari Bank
- UBL Bank
- Bank Alfalah
- MCB Bank
After deposit of processing fee, you need to attach following documents with your application form:
- Original Deposit Slip/Screenshot of Online Payment
- Photocopy of CNIC/NICOP
- Passport Size Photograph
- Retired Army Officers will need to submit a copy of discharge book and undertaking.
- Overseas Pakistanis will attach copies of Passport with Exit/Entry Stamps and NICOP
