Sector E-12/4 CDA Opens Bids for Uplift and Development
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is actively trying to uplift Sector E-12/4. CDA has already opened bids for its development and they have received a total of 5 bids from different developers.
The lowest bid for the development of sector E-12/4 that the CDA has received so far is PKR 289.850 million. This bid was amongst the five bids that the authority received as soon as they opened bidding for its development.
The current movement in the development of these sectors in Islamabad is because of the interest of the CDA. Previously, the development of these sectors was completely neglected and E-12/4 will set a precedence to follow for the next administration.
The development of sector E-12/4 is going to include all the major upgrades like waste management system, drainage system, water supply, and sewerage system. The construction of all the major and connecting roads with the installation of streetlights.
The contractors are interested in this government project and the bidding will receive more responses in the future. As soon as the CDA accepts one of the bids, the development project will start soon after.
It is a highly attractive location alongside E-11 and the development of this project will be at par with international standards. The development progress will determine the value of sector E-12/4 in the future.
CDA will approve the bids after carefully analyzing the proposals of multiple bidders. It is all about the proposals for the projects that will determine the contractor who will secure this project.
