Bahria Town Peshawar Launching in 2020
It has been a long time since we last heard of the upcoming mega launch of Bahria Town in Peshawar. There were gossips, expectations and rumors, but nothing came up officially about this matter after 2015.
The wait seems to be over now as Mr. Malik Riaz has announced the most awaited launch of Bahria Town Peshawar from his official twitter page.
Knowing the strategy of Bahria Town, we can make some guesswork as to how things are going to unfold in the next few weeks. The hashtag “#January 2020” simply suggests that the registration drive is going to start in January 2020. Those who get registered by paying nominal registration fee will be eligible to book plots at the official launch of the project.
Since there is high demand for upscale housing projects in KPK, the local residents of Peshawar have already showed their keen interest in this mega housing venture of Bahria Town. If you are the one, we suggest taking timely decision to get registered or you will end up paying premium on registration forms.
The expected location of Bahria Town Peshawar is somewhere between Peshawar to Nowshera Road. It is said to be located in Pabbi, which is cantonment area. There is no authentic information as to how much land area has been acquired by Bahria Town, still you can rest assured that it will be one of the biggest housing projects of KPK.
Bahria Town Peshawar will offer different sizes of residential plots, commercial plots, apartments and luxury villas on 3 to 4 years installments plan. Initial booking price will be about 10% of the total price, so that maximum number of people can avail this opportunity.
Currently, registrations of interested property firms from across Pakistan are taking place. Once this process is completed, registrations of members will open in January 2020. After registrations, mass scale advertisement campaigns will be run across the country, and then bookings will be launched for residential and commercial plots, and possibly villas and apartments.
