Bahria Town Karachi Announces Possessions of Precinct 19 Apartments
Bahria Town Karachi has once again stood up to the expectations of its investors by announcing possessions of completed bahria apartments in Precinct 19. The possession ceremony was held on 23rd March 2017 at Bahria Town Super Highway, and keys were handed over to the owners of apartments in tower nos. 1, 3, 5 and 9.
These are the first towers to have possession in precinct 19, while many other towers are almost ready and under finishing stage. Bahria Town claims to hand over possession of other finishing towers by mid 2017.
Prices of ready apartments as well as finishing ones have increased tremendously over the past few months as this is the most prime location of Bahria Town Karachi just opposite to Quaid Villas where residence has started.
