Rudn Enclave has announced to revise the pre-launch prices of residential plots in its Executive Block by 10% on 15th September 2020. This revision policy was already announced that there will be about 1500 plots at pre-launch prices, and prices will be revised at least twice before the final ballot for plot number.
Rudn Enclave is also going to announce some good news related to master plan, development plan and legal approvals of this block on 12th September, so there are some major developments in the offing. We may expect the announcement of that “Big Development Company” that has been finalized by NESPAK for development work of Rudn Enclave.
