Supreme Court Cooperative Housing Society is a residential project developed to facilitate the employees of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. However, the general public can also purchase plots in this society for investment or building purposes. The society is ideally located in Islamabad and sprawls over sector G-17 Islamabad. Similar to other housing projects, Supreme Court Housing Society also witnessed a steady increase in the prices of plots and properties.
Different sub-sectors of the society are already balloted and plot numbers are already issued to the owners. Moreover, the LOP was also approved back in August 2021.
