Leaf Paradise Town Homes is a new residential project of semi furnished luxury town houses in Bahria Town Karachi. It is a joint venture project of Dubai’s Al-Muqeet Builders & Developers and Bahria Town. There is little information available about this new deal, however we can piece together the available information to understand what exactly is being offered in Leaf Paradise Town Homes.
As the name suggests, the whole block of Leaf Paradise Residency will resemble a leaf. The master plan of the project has been released, and it looks quite impressive as shown in the image below:
As you can see in the image attached above, Leaf Paradise will be a gated community and it will be segregated from the rest of Bahria Town’s blocks by either boundary walls, or green areas as shown in the image.
There is no exact information available as to the location of Leaf Paradise, however it will be located somewhere close to Precinct 49 of Bahria Paradise. As this project also uses the name of Paradise, it could be part of Bahria Paradise. We have marked the possible location of Leaf Paradise on the map below:
As you can see on the map above, the green patch just opposite to Precinct 49 is already a leaf shaped reserved area. Therefore, it seems to be the site location of these new town houses.
As per the available information, these town houses will be built on 250 SQY residential plots. Each house will comprise ground + 2 storeys and each storey will be an independent residential unit with covered area of about 2400 sqft. Each portion will comprise 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, spacious lounge and a kitchen.

As you can see in the image above, Leaf Paradise town homes are elegantly designed following the modern architectural practices. Tuff tiled streets and roads will be built in this block to give it a distinct look as shown in the above image.
Each independent unit of these houses will be up for sale. So you may either buy the ground floor, first floor or second floor.
The builder is offering these units with semi-furnished condition. Apart from fittings and fixtures, AC, fridge and cooking oven will also be installed by the builder in each unit.
