T and T ECHS Islamabad Transfer Fee

The transfer fee is a payable amount implemented on the seller while selling the plot, they have to transfer the ownership of the plot to the buyer and hence pay the transfer fee.

For plots, a transfer fee is PKR 100 per square foot, whereas for houses it is PKR 500 Per square foot.

Following is the transfer fee for residential plots of the society:

  • In the case of a plot of 200 Sq. Yards, the seller has to pay a transfer fee of PKR 20,000/-. In the case of a 200 Sq. Yards house, a transfer fee is PKR 100,000/-.
  • PKR 27,000/- transfer fee is payable for 272 Sq. Yards Plots whereas PKR 136,000/- is payable in case of a house.
  • The transfer fee for 356 Sq. Yards plot is PKR 36,000/- and in the case of a house, it is PKR 178,000/-
  • If you are selling 500 Sq. Yards plots, you’ll pay PKR 50,000/- but if it is a house, you’ll have to pay PKR 250,000/- as a transfer fee.

Following is the transfer fee for the commercial category:

For commercials, a general transfer fee is PKR 1,000 per square foot and for the covered area, it is PKR 100 per square foot.

  • For flats, you need to pay PKR 60 per square foot.
  • For hops, this fee is PKR 120 per square foot.

T and T ECHS Possession Fee

The possession fee is the set amount due when society provides the possession (ownership) of a plot to the rightful owner.

Following is the possession fee for residential plots:

  • Possession fee for 200 Sq Yards plots: PKR 27,000
  • Possession fee for 272 Sq Yards plots: PKR 29,000
  • Possession fee for 356 Sq Yards plots: PKR 32,000
  • Possession fee for 500 Sq Yards plots: PKR 36,000

Following is the possession fee for the commercial category:

  • The possession fee for commercial property including flats and shops is PKR 1,000 per square foot, you can measure the total area in square feet and determine the amount payable in terms of the possession fee.

Annual Charges

The annual charges come under the tax that has to be paid to society against your plot.

Following is the annual tax for residential plots:

  • Annual Tax for 200 Sq Yards plots: PKR 5,000
  • Annual Tax for 272 Sq Yards plots: PKR 5,000
  • Annual Tax for 356 Sq Yards plots: PKR 5,000
  • Annual Tax for 500 Sq Yards plots: PKR 5,000
