Payment Plan
Motorway City Executive Block offers different sizes of residential plots on 5 years installment plan. Plot sizes include 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 14 marla and 1 kanal. Booking starts from 10% down payment followed by 5% allocation and 5% confirmation charges, while remaining amount is spread over 46 monthly and 10 half yearly installments.

Please note that given prices do not include development charges. Extra charges will apply if you book category plots i.e. main boulevard, corner or park facing. 10% discount applies if you pay full amount at the time of booking.
Executive Block Map
Executive Block map has also been released, so you can check the respective locations of each size of plot before you submit your booking application. Allocation is subject to computerized balloting, and only the successful applicants will be eligible to continue their payment plan. Those who fail in the ballot will be given refund of their down payment minus the processing/membership/registration fees. Balloting for plot numbers will be done after the first ballot in due course of time.
