The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has issued a public notice regarding the residential scheme named “New Diamond City Gwadar” sponsored by Edge Water Builders & Developers, located at Khotani/Kewt No. 4/4, Khasra No. 29 Min, Mutation No. 519, in Mouza Ankara Junobi, Tehsil & District Gwadar. Spanning over an area of 323 kanals, this project has been approved by the GDA for residential and commercial development.
Project Details
The scheme includes various categories of residential and commercial plots, as detailed below:
Residential Plots:
- Total 1,922 plots measuring 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal in all blocks
Commercial Plots:
- Total 184 plots measuring 4 marla and 8 marla in all blocks
Mortgaged Plots
The public is informed that specific 361 plots across all blocks within the scheme have been mortgaged with the Gwadar Development Authority. These plots act as security towards the developer’s commitment to providing essential development works, including roads, water supply, drainage, streetlights, and other necessary infrastructure.
The details of mortgaged plots are as follows:
- Block A: 8 Plots
- Block B: 155 Plots
- Block D: 108 Plots
- Block D: 19 Plots
Public Advisory
The GDA has strictly advised the public not to engage in any transactions, including the sale or purchase of these mortgaged plots, until they are redeemed after the completion of development works.
