Bahria Town finally conducted balloting for residential plots and luxury villas of Bahria Paradise Karachi on 19th October, 2017. Plot numbers and villa numbers were allotted for 250 sqy, 500 sqy and 1000 sqy residential plots as well as 500 sqy luxury villas.
Plot numbers were allotted in various precincts and from now onwards, prices of plots will be decided as per precinct, plot location and category. Precinct 46 to 49 and Precinct 54 are the most expensive blocks for 250 SQY Plots, while precinct 50 is the precinct that has 500 SQY luxury villas.
Members can check their ballot results by contacting bahria town by email or call their 24 hours helpline 0800 00100. You will need to provide cnic number, owner’s name and file reference/registration number to check your plot number. Overseas members can ask for their latest statement having plot numbers by contacting on email.
