Bahria Town Karachi has recently released the masterplan of its newly launched project “Bahria Paradise Karachi“. This new project has added another 12 precincts(blocks) to the existing 45 precincts, so total precincts are 57 now.
Quite contrary to the previous predictions about its expected location, bahria paradise doesn’t expand up to sports city. However, it starts from the back of precinct 16 and goes up to precinct 28. Central park is located in its precinct 54 which consists of 250 sqy and 500 sqy residential plots, and Taj Mahal monument is located in its precinct 56, which consists of 1000 SQY and 500 SQY residential plots.
Initial precincts of bahria paradise i.e. 46, 47, 48,49 which are located at the back of precinct 16 and Precinct 15b are all 250 SQY Plots, which are most probably being given to dealers.
