Shalimar Town is sponsored by Shelters & Shelters Pvt. Limited. The company has organized an open auction ceremony to sell out limited developed commercial plots at the prime location of Shalimar Town.
The auction will be held on Thursday, 11th June 2015 at 11:00 am at the project site of Shalimar Town. Those who are interested to participate in the auction will need to pay 5 lac rupees in the form of pay order/demand draft or cash at the site office of Shalimar Town or the head office of Shelters & Shelters Pvt. Limited located at Ratta Mansion, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
All Pakistani nationals including overseas Pakistanis and firms/companies registered in Pakistan are eligible to participate in the auction.
Shelters & Shelters Pvt. Limited reserves the right to reject any bid without giving reasons, change or add to any terms of auction, and change the schedule of auction.
Successful bidders will need to pay 40% of the amount inclusive of token amount within 2 days of auction and remaining amount must be paid in 2 installments within next 90 days of the auction. In case of failure to comply with these payment terms, the token amount will be forfeited and the bid will be considered null and void.
