Bahria Sports City is an amazing project of Bahria Town Karachi which offers residential plots and villas on easy installments and features Rafi Cricket Stadium. Bahria Town had canceled all those files in June 2017 which had less than 3 installments paid, and that included balloted as well as unballoted files.
Bahria Town Karachi has recently announced a file restoration policy for Bahria Sports City which entails that owners of canceled/blocked files of sports city can restore their files by merging residential plot files of Bahria Town Sector F Lahore.
Following are the salient points of the restoration policy:
a – All files of Sector F Lahore should be fully paid.
b – No merging fee will be charged from clients.
c – Merging will be done only in canceled files of all categories of Bahria Sports City Karachi Files, i.e. 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, 2 Kanal Plots & 350 SQY Villas.
d – Financial benefit in the adjustment being given to the clients of Sector F files will be as under:
- 5 Marla files having balance of 17.50 Lacs will be given adjustment of 25.00 Lac Rupees
- 10 Marla files having balance of 31.00 Lacs will be given adjustment of 45.00 Lac Rupees
- 1 Kanal files having balance of 62.00 Lacs will be given adjustment of 80.00 Lac Rupees
