Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) Islamabad has announced a new policy of changing the old allotment letters in order to ensure transparency. New allotment letters will be issued to all members of the society, whereas old letters will be discarded after a specified time period.
New allotment letters can be obtained from PECHS Head Office by paying a sum of rupees 1000/- PKR and submitting old allotment letters. You can avail this facility for next 3 months, i.e. until Mid July 2020, meanwhile old allotment letters will be valid for transfers.
