Circle Registrar Cooperative Housing Societies Islamabad has published a notice in newspapers regarding the advertisments given for bookings in Senate Secretariat Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (SSECHS) Islamabad. The society is located on Japan Road close to Islamabad Highway.
According to the notice, Senate Avenue is advertising for booking of new plots without prior permission and layout approval from CDA and also the society doesn't have enough land available for the new plot. Cooperative societies department has declared that there are legal requirements still to be fulfilled by SSECHS, therefore the advertisements for SSECHS new bookings are totally illegal.
The Cooperative Department has advised general public to stay away from bookings and sale/purchase in these new plots of Senate Avenue, otherwise they will be responsible for their own loss.
