Mumtaz City is one of the best housing projects near New Islamabad International Airport which enjoys direct access through Kashmir Highway Extension. It is now the only society which is encouraging or even forcing its members to get registry of their possessionable plots after paying government taxes.
According to the latest notice, the society has directed all those members who had been given provisional possession of their plots to get registry of their plots latest by 10th of April 2020 by visiting Mumtaz City Site Office. Â
In case of failure to comply, the management of Mumtaz City will be obliged to provide the particulars of such members to the relevant government department/registrar/DC office.
DC rate at the time of registry will be as per the current fiscal year which is expected to be revised according to government’s policy.
