Mumtaz City Islamabad is one of the best housing projects near New Islamabad International Airport which has proved to be a fruitful real estate in the past, and there is still much more expected in terms of investment returns due to the importance of this area.
The society has recently issued a public notice to inform its members about the issue of unwarranted delays in development work due to non-payment of dues by certain plot holders. Such members have been given last warning to pay their outstanding amount of dues by 10th December 2018, failing which the society will be liable to take necessary action against such plot holders as specified in terms & conditions on allotment letter, booking form and transfer letter.
It is recommended to pay off your outstanding dues in order to keep your investment safe. If you are unable to pay off your dues, it is better to sell out your plots, otherwise the society may cancel such allotments.
