Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Scheme (MPCHS) has published a notice in a local newspaper regarding open files and files with outstanding dues. This notice applies to all file holders who have plots/open files in MPCHS projects namely Islamabad Gardens Sector E-11, Multi Gardens Sector B-17, Tele Gardens Sector F-17 and Multi Residencia & Orchards Scheme.
According to this notice, the society has announced that all members of MPCHS who hold such open file which are not yet cancelled, they should contact MPCHS office to submit all their outstanding dues and transfer files to their names latest by June 30, 2021.
Furthermore, if any member holds a plot on his name which has outstanding dues, they should also clear their dues latest by June 30, 2021. Failing which, the society will permanently cancel allotment of such plots.
This is the last opportunity to clear all outstanding dues and avoid cancellation of allotments, so MPCHS members should act quickly and pay off their dues well within given deadline.
